Free Worldwide Shipping
Deckaura offers free standard shipping on all orders worldwide. No minimum purchase required. No promo code needed. Every order ships free, every time.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Digital Products
Digital products (PDF guidebooks, e-books, digital journals, printable cards) are delivered instantly via email after purchase. No physical shipping required. If you do not receive your digital product within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at hello@deckaura.com.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after shipment. You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your email.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Deckaura has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information before ordering.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, there may be certain regions or countries where delivery is temporarily unavailable due to carrier restrictions or geopolitical conditions. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:
- Check your tracking information for the latest status
- Contact your local post office with the tracking number
- Email us at hello@deckaura.com with your order number
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Email: hello@deckaura.com
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your order. Deckaura is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reship it at the customer's expense.
