All our oracle and tarot card decks are handcrafted and made-to-order in Turkey. Each order is carefully printed, hand-cut, and packaged by our artisan team before being shipped worldwide.
Processing Time
Since each product is made specifically for you, please allow 1-3 business days for production before shipping. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
- Provide your order number and any relevant photos
- We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement
