Handcrafted Made-to-Order Products
All our oracle and tarot card decks are handcrafted and made-to-order in Turkey specifically for you. Each deck is carefully printed, cut, and packaged by our artisan team upon receiving your order.
Our Policy
Due to the custom, handmade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless there is an issue caused by us. We put great care into every deck we create, and we stand behind the quality of our work.
When We DO Accept Returns
We will gladly provide a full refund or replacement in the following situations:
- Printing Errors: Misprints, blurry images, incorrect colors, or other manufacturing defects
- Damaged Items: Products damaged during shipping (crushed boxes, water damage, etc.)
- Wrong Item Sent: If you receive a different product than what you ordered
- Missing Items: If your order is incomplete or items are missing
How to Request a Refund
If you experience any of the issues listed above:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Email us at support@deckaura.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
- We will respond within 24-48 hours with a resolution
Refund Process
Once we verify the issue, we will offer you one of the following options:
- Full refund to your original payment method (processed within 5-7 business days)
- Free replacement shipped at no additional cost to you
- Store credit for future purchases
Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds or returns for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Ordering the wrong product by mistake
- Providing an incorrect shipping address
- Normal variations in handcrafted items (slight color differences, etc.)
- Packages marked as delivered but claimed as not received
International Customs and Duties
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
