At Deckaura, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility

  • Return window: 14 days from the date you receive your item
  • Condition: Item must be unused, undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact
  • Proof of purchase: Order confirmation email or receipt required
  • Restocking fee: None
  • Final sale items: None — all physical products are eligible for return

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Digital products — PDF guidebooks, digital downloads, e-books, printable cards, and digital journals. All digital product sales are final.
  • Gift cards

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@deckaura.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days
  3. If approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions
  4. Ship the item back to us using the provided address

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@deckaura.com with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return the original product and place a new order once your return is approved.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. The item must be in original condition with all packaging and tags. Digital products are excluded from this right once downloaded or accessed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days
  • Your bank may take additional time to post the refund to your account
