Subscriptions (Monthly Cosmic Box)

Deckaura offers the Monthly Cosmic Box as a subscription product. When you subscribe, you will receive a curated spiritual package each month based on the subscription plan you select.

  • Billing: Your payment method is charged automatically each month on the date of your original subscription
  • Cancel anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fee
  • How to cancel: Use the order management link in your confirmation email, or email us at hello@deckaura.com with your order number
  • Effective date: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will receive your current month's box but will not be charged for future months
  • Refunds: Subscriptions that have already been fulfilled (shipped) cannot be refunded. Unfulfilled subscription orders can be fully refunded

Digital Products

All digital product purchases (PDF guidebooks, e-books, digital journals, printable cards) are final and non-refundable. Because digital products are delivered instantly via email, they cannot be returned or cancelled after purchase.

Regular Orders

For physical products (oracle card decks, tarot decks), you may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned under our Return & Refund Policy.

To cancel an order before shipment, email us immediately at hello@deckaura.com with your order number.

Pre-Orders

Deckaura may occasionally offer pre-order products. If you purchase a pre-order item:

  • You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled and shipped
  • If a partial deposit was collected, it will be fully refunded upon cancellation
  • Once the pre-order item has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may return it under our Return & Refund Policy

  1. Check your order confirmation email for a direct link to manage your order
  2. Or email us at hello@deckaura.com with your order number and cancellation request
  3. We will confirm your cancellation within 1 business day
