Three repeating cycles, read as a pacing prompt
A biorhythm counts the days since a birth date and maps them onto three sine waves: physical every 23 days, emotional every 28 days and intellectual every 33 days.
Above the centre line is traditionally called the active half; below it is the recovery half. Direction matters as much as height, so this page shows whether each value is rising or falling.

Do low or negative values mean a bad day?
No. The percentage is a position in a wave, not a performance score. Negative values describe the recovery half of the theoretical cycle.
Do I need my birth time?
No. The standard formula uses the birth date and selected calendar date only.
Can I inspect a specific future date?
