Are your products ready-made or made to order?
All our Tarot and Oracle cards are made to order. We do not mass-produce, ensuring every product is uniquely crafted for you.
How long does the production process take?
The production process takes 3 to 10 business days, depending on the design. You will receive email updates about the status of your order.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery time depends on the shipping method you select and the customs and working hours of your country’s courier services. However, we guarantee delivery within an average of 15 business days.
Can I return made-to-order products?
Unfortunately, returns are not accepted for made-to-order products. However, if you encounter any issues with your product, please contact us.
Who is responsible for delays in shipping?
Shipping delays depend on the courier service and customs processes in your country. While we ensure timely dispatch, we cannot control delays caused by shipping companies.
Can you speed up the production process?
